If not refunded in full by the end of tomorrow, I will be proceeding with a charge back from my bank. Even though the ring I kept has had no issues so far, I absolutely regret ever using this company. That is still $46.50 missing from the original cost. They offered me a refund of $68.75 but state they will give me an additional$13.75 if I accepted a store credit instead. Which, even with the additional funds, does not equal what I paid. I have now stated, in writing SEVEN times that I am NOT interested in any kind of credit and the "team" emails me again today offering additional funds if I take a credit. Their customer service has been awful - they continuously try to get me to to just accept a "store credit" rather than receceive the refund amount I am due. The return process has been frustrating at best. I wrongly asssumed it would be easier that way rather than exchanging and waiting. In an effort to save time, I decided to order 2 of the same ring - in 2 sizes thinking I would keep the one that fit and return the other since they advertise a 30 day refund.
